Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawyer with 1-4 years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice, represent clients in legal matters, and support the firm's operations with their legal expertise.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
Draft legal documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, and mediations.
Provide legal advice to clients on various issues, including compliance and regulatory matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and changes in law.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Knowledge of Indian legal system and relevant laws.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
