Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lawyer to join our real estate development team in Pilerne, Goa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and be able to provide legal guidance on property transactions, contracts, and compliance matters.

Responsibilities

Reviewing and drafting real estate agreements, contracts, and related documents.
Conducting legal research and analysis on real estate laws and regulations.
Advising clients on property transactions and legal obligations.
Representing clients in negotiations and legal proceedings related to real estate.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in real estate development.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
2-5 years of experience in real estate law or a related field.
Strong knowledge of property law, land acquisition, and development processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in legal research tools and software.
