Job Summary:

Junior IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
• Understand technical requirements and translate them into clear project plans.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues effectively.
• Conduct regular project meetings, prepare reports, and communicate status updates.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations and organizational standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in IT project management or a similar technical coordination role.
• Strong understanding of

  web and mobile technologies

  (frontend, backend, databases, APIs, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Good to Have:

• Experience in client communication and requirement gathering.
• Basic understanding of DevOps, cloud platforms, or software architecture.
• PMP / Agile certification (optional but preferred).
