Junior IT Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Executive to support our IT infrastructure and daily technology operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system maintenance, network troubleshooting, and user support within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications (Windows, MS Office, etc.).
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions.
• Support IT hardware and software upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor antivirus, firewall, and data security compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and service support.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
• Assist in implementation of new IT projects and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and server environments (basic level).
• Good understanding of data backup and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Knowledge of IT asset management tools and ticketing systems.
• Exposure to ERP or enterprise software support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
