Junior IT Executive

Position : JR. IT Executive

Key Responsibility
Information Technology Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and managing IT assets such as computers, printers, routers, and other peripherals.
• Provide first-level support for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Support end-user account setup, password resets, and basic user access management.
• Monitor daily system backups and report any discrepancies.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network devices.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and update hardware/software status records.

Administrative and Coordination Responsibilities:

• Support in managing the Google Admin Console and Google Workspace tools.
• Assist in scheduling and troubleshooting virtual meetings on Google Meet, Hangouts, Zoom, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT supplies, servicing, and repairs.
• Help in documenting processes using Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
• Provide assistance in the setup of new workstations during onboarding.
• Monitor antivirus (Quick Heal) status and report issues to senior IT staff

Required Candidate Profile

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
0.6 to 2 years of experience in IT support, admin, or relevant field.Basic Hardware & Networking Knowledge

Software Proficiencies:

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail)
• Windows OS installation and basic troubleshooting
• Antivirus software (Quick Heal or similar)
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
