Preferred: Bachelor's degree in English/Journalism/Mass communication or related field; Master's along  

with degree related to Instructional Design/Technology. 

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Self-motivated 

• Highly creative, imaginative and good at visualization 

• Have an eye for detail 

• Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team 

• Strong ability to understand content on a variety of technical and non-technical topics 

• Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas to the development team 

• Working knowledge of MS Office 

• Good grasping capability 

• Develop storyboards in line with project–specific and client standards and guidelines 

• Make client–supplied storyboards production ready by clearly interpreting and completing them, wherever required 

• Study content on technical/non–technical, medical, financial topics, identify key points, and 

formulate grammatically correct and concise on-screen text 

• Search for relevant visuals that support key messages in content 

• Ensure that output pages communicate the desired learning message 

• Compile content and restructure/rewrite/summarize it as needed
