Key Responsibilities Use dashboards to manage lead databases and qualify leads based on data or interactions. Source sales opportunities through inbound follow-up, outbound calls, emails, or VC meets. Identify and pursue sales opportunities, demonstrate value, and convert leads into customers to achieve targets. Build strong relationships, provide personalized support, and ensure client satisfaction. Organize connects with experts or counselors. Understand our learning platform, courses/software, and industry trends to promote effectively. Collaborate in developing strategic sales plans and refine strategies based on performance. Ideal Profile Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Tech. 1-2 years of experience in inside sales preferred from the Professional course selling industry. Proven target-driven sales success in ed-tech or e-learning. Strong technical aptitude with understanding of latest technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
