Junior Human Resources Executive

As a dedicated HR professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting follow-ups to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. You will also be responsible for coordinating and facilitating smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees. By conducting employee engagement activities, you will contribute to enhancing the workplace culture and fostering a positive work environment. Moreover, you will assist in maintaining and implementing company policies and HR documentation. Handling grievances effectively and ensuring timely resolution will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding formalities will be part of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve preparing and maintaining accurate HR reports and documentation. Utilizing tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint PPT, you will be responsible for HR data analysis and reporting. To be successful in this role, you should have recently completed an MBA in HR and possess 0-6 months of HR-related experience. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint PPT is required, along with good communication and interpersonal skills. An eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, as well as a basic understanding of HR tools and systems, will be essential for this position.
