We are looking for an experienced PPC Engineer to manage production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and SAP operations. The role requires strong expertise in SAP PP & SD Modules , data analysis, and production coordination within the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee production plans and ensure smooth execution. Prepare and share daily production reports: Plan vs Actual, Downtime, Coverage, and Line Efficiency. Conduct monthly plant capacity analysis based on customer requirements. Determine production needs as per plant capacity and specifications. Verify BOM, material master, and standard price for new project part numbers. Create routings, spec sheets, part information, and machine matrices for new projects. Coordinate with development teams for timely ECO changes. Clear SAP PP backlogs daily and monitor BOM backflush. Conduct inventory closing in SAP and prepare reconciliation reports (SAP vs physical). Lead risk assessment and process improvement initiatives. Train, guide, and evaluate junior staff to improve performance. Resolve production issues and escalate to management when required. Must-Have Skills Strong experience in SAP PP & SD Modules . Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint . Solid knowledge of inventory management. Excellent team management and communication skills. Desired Profile Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and goal-driven. Language Proficiency: Telugu, English, Tamil. Willingness to relocate to Anantapur.
