Job Description

Roles & responsibilities:

Attend daily shift meetings and align with shift in-charge for task allocation.
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of
injection machines, utility equipment, and assembly SPMs
.
Conduct team meetings with shift in-charges to ensure optimum performance.
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical wiring and machine power connections as per standards.
Plan, monitor, and manage machine spares inventory.
Prepare and implement annual preventive & predictive maintenance plans.
Maintain machine maintenance documentation (B/D, PDCA, analysis, reports).
Work with and handle
Assembly Robots (Yaskawa preferred)
.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
electrical wiring & power connections
.
Preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance expertise.
Experience in maintenance of injection machines, utilities & SPMs.
Hands-on knowledge of
Assembly Robots (Yaskawa preferred)
.
Spares planning and documentation management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and goal-driven.
Strong problem-solving and leadership qualities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Language Proficiency: Telugu, English, Kannada, Tamil.
Willingness to relocate to Anantapur.
