Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection machines, utility equipment, and assembly SPMs . Conduct team meetings with shift in-charges to ensure optimum performance. Troubleshoot and maintain electrical wiring and machine power connections as per standards. Plan, monitor, and manage machine spares inventory. Prepare and implement annual preventive & predictive maintenance plans. Maintain machine maintenance documentation (B/D, PDCA, analysis, reports).
