Role and Responsibilities: 

As a Junior HR Executive at Makers Muse, you will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources Dept. in various aspects of HR management and administration. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced EdTech startup environment. 

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. 
• Coordinate and participate in onboarding processes for new hires. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. 
• Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and training sessions. 
• Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions. 
• Collaborate with the senior to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work culture. 
• Assist in various HR projects and tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
