Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based out of Ahmedabad for a Junior Human Resource Executive. The selected candidate will oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company HR policies, and building strong employee relations. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, maintaining records, assisting with performance management processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Collaboration with team members to optimize HR practices will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• A strong grasp of HR Management and Human Resources (HR) processes
• Experience in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies
• Effective skills in managing Employee Relations and communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in HR software or relevant tools is a plus
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is beneficial
