Junior HRBP

Location: Bangalore | Mode: WFO | Working Days: 6 days/week

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Junior HRBP to support employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day people management at Codeyoung.

Key Responsibilities

Drive employee engagement activities & culture initiatives.
Build strong employee relations; address concerns and grievances.
Track and analyze attrition; conduct exit and stay interviews.
Maintain HR data, MIS reports, and dashboards.
Support onboarding, documentation, and routine HR operations.

Requirements

6 months–2 years of HR experience (internships acceptable).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR operations and employee engagement.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
