Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years

  of hands-on experience in a design role (studio, in-house, or freelance)
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  , especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• An eye for detail and a solid understanding of design principles
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing creativity to each brief
• Great time management and communication skills – you’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and collaborating across teams
• A proactive, self-starting attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Interest in staying updated on global design trends, particularly in B2B and professional services
• Bonus: experience designing in

  or using Gen AI tools in your creative process
