Do you love working across a wide variety of design challenges – from presentation decks and marketing campaigns to event branding and digital content? We’re looking for a Mid Level Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing Creative Studio in Mumbai, India – producing compelling, high-quality design for a global business working at the forefront of consumer and sensory research. We work with over 50% of the world’s top 100 food and drink brands , helping them create exceptional products through innovative research and insight. Our offices span the UK, US, India, South Africa, China, Singapore, Thailand, Brazil, and Colombia. Our Creative Studio in India supports the global business with brand-focused design that elevates the way we communicate insights, share knowledge, and represent ourselves across markets. From pitch decks and thought leadership to event materials and campaign assets, design is a key part of how we make impact. Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do: As a Mid Level Graphic Designer, you’ll bring a strong visual sensibility, design thinking, and a problem-solving mindset to a wide variety of creative work across the MMR Group. You’ll report into the Head of Design and collaborate with researchers, marketers, and senior creatives to turn strategic ideas into compelling, on-brand visuals. Typical projects include: Designing visually polished research presentations for global clients Creating strategic assets for B2B marketing and sales materials Designing branding and collateral for international conferences and events Producing digital content for webinars, internal comms , and global campaigns Bringing consistency, clarity, and creativity to insight-led design Exploring and integrating AI tools to streamline and enhance creative output Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a design role (studio, agency, or in-house) A portfolio that shows versatility, originality, and strong layout and typographic skills Experience owning design projects from brief to final delivery Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential) Confidence presenting ideas and taking feedback constructively Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively Interest in global B2B design trends, especially in the UK, US, and Europe Bonus: experience with PowerPoint , motion graphics, or Gen AI tools What You’ll Get ✨ Variety – Work on a wide mix of projects for multiple brands and audiences 🌍 Global Exposure – Collaborate with teams in the UK, US, APAC, and beyond 🎨 Creative Culture – Be part of a supportive, growing creative studio 🚀 Growth Potential – Learn from experienced designers and expand your skill set 💡 Meaningful Work – Help visualise insights that shape the world’s leading products Show more Show less
