Department: IT Location: MMR Research Mumbai Description We are seeking an engaging, experienced Level II IT Support Engineer to join our Mumbai team in supporting our Global IT Service Desk! As an IT Support Engineer Level II , you'll dive into technical challenges and emerge with solutions that keep our global operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who loves tackling complex problems, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is eager to grow. Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do 📋🖥️🖥️ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. 📟 Support remote and on-site teams across multiple regions. 🛠️ Create and maintain system images and software packages for PCs & Macs. 🔒 Manage and enhance enterprise-level security patching . 📑 Administer and optimize tools like Active Directory , M365 , and MDM applications (Jamf, InTune). 🌟 Lead or contribute to projects that drive technical innovation. ✍️ Write and maintain knowledge base articles and provide team training. 🧑💼 Supporting global service users across the Globe 🌍 Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 🎓 BS in Computer Science or equivalent certifications (Microsoft preferred). 📜 Certifications: ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified “Fundamentals.” 💻 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support. 🖥️ Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS, OSx, Linux, Android). 🤖 Automation expertise (Bash, Powershell, etc.). 🌐 Comprehensive understanding of network protocols and server infrastructure. 🛡️ Experience in enterprise-level security management. 🤝 Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on empathy. 🚀 Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to evolving challenges.
