Mid Level Graphic Designer

As a Mid Level Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience, your role will involve creating engaging and on-brand graphics for various media. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Study design briefs and determine project requirements. - Experience in both online and offline campaigns, as well as creating social media posts. - Proficiency in package designing and branding. - Conceptualize visuals based on project needs. - Prepare rough drafts and present your design ideas. - Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand. - Ensure the use of appropriate colors and layouts for each design. - Collaborate with copywriters and the Creative Director to finalize designs. - Test graphics across different media platforms. - Amend designs based on feedback received. - Ensure that final artwork and layouts are visually appealing and align with the brand. You should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, social media designs, and branding projects. - Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc. - Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. - A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field would be advantageous.
