Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Jr. Graphic Designer with 2 to 5 years of experience in creating engaging visual assets for digital and print media when needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, and layout, along with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling concepts. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and brand teams to design collaterals that align with company’s brand identity, supporting a wide range of campaigns and communication needs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality creatives for digital platforms, including social media posts, advertisements, and web banners.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, infographics, and event collaterals.
• Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and touchpoints.
• Support UI/UX and product teams with graphic elements, icons, and illustrations when required.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance creative output.
• Prepare final artwork files for production or publishing in print and digital formats.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva for rapid design and collaboration.
• Good understanding of layout principles, color theory, typography, and branding.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
• Understanding of digital formats, resolutions, and file optimization for web and print.
• Familiarity with social media platform guidelines and creative best practices.
• Photography, illustration, or 3D design exposure will be an added advantage.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of professional design experience in digital or creative agencies, or in-house design teams.
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print design work.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and iteration.
