Junior Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Adwants, you will play a key role in supporting the creative team with a variety of design projects. Your versatility will be crucial as you work on offline creatives, paid campaign assets, branding, and social media content. Having knowledge of UI/UX and Figma will be considered an added advantage in this dynamic role that offers opportunities for growth in a fast-paced creative agency environment. - Design creatives for social media, print, branding, and paid marketing campaigns. - Support the senior design team in developing layouts, concepts, and visual assets. - Create brand collateral including logos, brochures, guidelines, and identity elements. - Assist in creating paid ad creatives for digital campaigns. - Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints and adhere to brand guidelines. - Use Figma to assist in UI/UX layouts, wireframes, or prototypes when needed (advantage). - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas. - Work on feedback and refine designs to meet quality standards. Qualifications Required: - 02 years of experience in graphic design (internships/freelance acceptable). - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (mandatory). - Good communication skills to understand briefs and articulate design choices. - Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy. - Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
