Junior Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join one of our cross-functional product squads. You will work alongside experienced engineers to build, maintain, and improve software solutions that deliver real value to our customers and business. This is a hands-on development role with opportunities to grow technically and professionally in a collaborative, GenAI-driven environment.

Core Responsibilities

·        Collaborate with your squad to develop high-quality software in line with business goals.

·        Develop and maintain robust front-end applications using ReactJS.

·        Build scalable and efficient back-end services with C# and .NET Core.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

·        Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and agile ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups, retrospectives).

·        Engage in continuous learning and proactively seek feedback from senior team members.

·        Assist with testing, debugging, and documenting software features.

·        Learn and contribute to the monitoring and support of production systems under supervision.

·        Embrace a learning mind-set and seek feedback to grow your engineering skills.

·        Contribute to our inclusive and collaborative team culture.

·        Take initiative and be open to new technologies and techniques.

Must-Have Technical Skills

·        Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS for front-end development.

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in C# and .NET Core for back-end development.

·        Awareness or hands-on experience with AI agentic tools such as Langchain, Claude, Hugging Face, CursorAI.

Nice-to-Have

·        Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end systems.

·        Exposure to MongoDB or other database technologies.

·        Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

·        Understanding of DevOps or CI/CD practices..

·        Previous exposure to the Fintech industry or other regulated domains.

Non-Technical Skills

·        Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a cross-functional team.

·        Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

·        Willingness to learn, ask questions, and contribute ideas.
