About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Flutter Developer who’s passionate about building sleek, high-performance mobile apps that deliver exceptional user experiences. You’ll be a key contributor in creating and maintaining cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart, working closely with our design, product, and backend teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, writing clean code, and continuously learning new things.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Dart code following best practices.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement pixel-perfect and responsive UI/UX.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, payment gateways, and third-party SDKs.
• Partner with backend engineers to design and implement robust app architectures (e.g., MVVM, BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
• Manage state, navigation, and performance optimization in complex applications.
• Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests for app stability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and sprint planning.
• Debug and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay current with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.
• Implement live location tracking or map-based features for order management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• Strong understanding of the Dart language and Flutter SDK.
• Expertise in state management (Provider, BLoC, GetX, or Riverpod).
• Solid grasp of asynchronous programming, API integration, JSON handling, and WebSockets.
• Basic understanding of PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Experience implementing authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have skills and expertise:

• Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions).
• Experience building custom UI components and animations in Flutter.
• Knowledge of GraphQL or Socket.io.
• Experience creating responsive layouts for multiple screen sizes
