What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support 

  global tax compliance

   and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Assist with 

  payroll processing

  , ensuring accuracy and alignment with statutory and internal policies
• Process and manage 

  accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR)

   workflows
• Prepare and review 

  invoices, contracts, and vendor payments

• Reconcile accounts, validate transactions, and maintain clean, audit-ready records
• Contribute to 

  financial reporting, forecasting, and project cost tracking

• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and compliance partners as needed
• Assist with 

  ad hoc reporting and analysis

   to support executive decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

   — must-have

• 2–4 years’ experience

   in finance or tax, ideally with some global or cross-border exposure
• Hands-on experience in 

  AR/AP, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting

• Strong working knowledge of 

  Microsoft Excel

   and financial systems
• Excellent 

  attention to detail, ownership mindset

  , and communication skills
• Comfortable working 

  across time zones

  , with stakeholders in Australia and beyond
• Proactive, curious, and eager to grow with a scaling AI company
