Junior Finance Executive

We’re looking for a Junior Finance Executive to join our expanding team and support our mission with operational excellence. About the Role: This is a multi-functional finance role that offers exposure to real-time finance, HR, and administrative operations. You’ll work closely with the HR team and directly report to the CEO, supporting everything from daily accounting to payroll and travel coordination. Key Responsibilities Include: Finance & Accounts ●      Record daily transactions, vendor bills, reimbursements ●      Assist with MIS reports and audit documentation ●      Track payments and follow up on dues Payroll & HR Coordination ●      Process payroll inputs with HR ●      Handle salary structures, deductions, and queries ●      Maintain payroll compliance (PF, TDS, etc.) Admin & CEO Support ●      Arrange travel, visas, and accommodations for leadership ●      Maintain travel trackers and coordinate reimbursements Compliance ●      Assist with GST, TDS filings ●      Liaise with external CA firms for returns and audits ●      Maintain organized financial documentation Ideal Candidate Profile: ●      0–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounts (internships welcome) ●      Strong grasp of accounting principles ●      Hands-on with MS Excel, Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks ●      Clear communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive What You’ll Gain: ●      Work experience across finance, HR, and operations ●      Exposure to cybersecurity as a strategic, high-growth domain ●      A culture focused on learning, collaboration, and ownership ●      A front-row seat to how startups scale securely Apply Now: Send your resume and a brief statement on why you’re interested to hr@cybersmithsecure.com Join CyberSmithSECURE and be part of a team shaping the future of digital security from the inside out.
