Junior Finance Executive

About Us
We are a growing digital marketing agency with offices across India, Dubai and the UK Our Mumbai office is expanding, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Finance & Admin Executive to support our finance operations and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day finance operations including bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice management.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups.
• Support payroll preparation and employee reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as office supplies, scheduling, and documentation.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and banks when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel (Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
