Junior Facilitator (Client Engagement and Training)

Working Conditions:

General Purpose

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist senior facilitators in preparing and delivering online and offline sessions for clients.
• Curate and adapt slides, activities, and related collaterals for sessions.
• Co-facilitate and moderate employee wellness [EWAP] webinars in online formats.
• Support onsite activities such as kiosks, floor walks, and awareness campaigns.
• Provide logistical and technical support during both virtual and in-person sessions.
• Contribute to the development of new session content and engagement activities.
• Participate in internal team meetings to align on facilitation schedules and content design.

Abilities and Characteristics:

• Function under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional written and verbal communication and presentation.
• As a member of the Client Engagement and Training team, participate in other CET related projects as needed.
