Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Safety Management:

o Ensure a safe working environment at all project sites through regular monitoring and supervision.

o Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and compliance with statutory safety regulations.

o Identify potential hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective measures immediately.

2. Safety Inspections and Audits:

o Conduct daily and weekly site safety inspections and maintain safety checklists and reports.

o Assist in organizing internal and external safety audits and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.

3. Training and Awareness:

o Conduct safety induction programs for new employees, contractors, and workers.

o Organize safety awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and emergency drills regularly.

4. Incident Reporting and Investigation:

o Record, investigate, and report all incidents, near-misses, and accidents.

o Support in identifying root causes and implementing preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

o Maintain all safety-related documentation such as permits, inspection logs, and statutory records.

o Ensure compliance with company safety policies and local regulatory requirements.

6. Coordination:

o Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to promote a culture of safety and accountability.

o Communicate safety observations, corrective actions, and risk mitigation plans to the management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Qualification: Any Degree with a recognized Safety Certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety).

· Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in construction site safety management, preferably in residential or commercial projects.

· Technical Skills:

o Sound knowledge of construction safety practices, statutory regulations, and risk assessment techniques.

o Proficiency in maintaining safety documentation and preparing safety reports.

· Soft Skills:

o Excellent observation, communication, and leadership abilities.

o Strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
