Junior Executive / Executive - HR

Job Purpose:

1.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment within turnaround time (TAT).

- Coordinate application tracking, interviews, and selection.

- Conduct pre-screens, schedule interviews, and manage assessments.

- Collaborate with managers on job descriptions and postings.

- Liaise with staffing agencies to maintain staffing levels.

- Recommend best practices and new recruitment initiatives.

- Maintain recruitment statistics.

2.

- Guide hiring managers through onboarding.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Conduct first-day orientation and serve as a People & Culture resource.

- Address employee benefit queries.

- Support performance management and reward programs.

4.

- Address and investigate employee concerns and complaints.

- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend actions.

- Advise on training needs due to policy or technology changes.

- Act as a resource for managers and supervisors.

- Ensure timely resolution of personnel matters.

- Stay updated on HR laws and practices.

- Maintain and enforce company policies and handbook.

- Foster professional relationships across teams.

5.

- Contribute to employer branding and highlight company differentiators.

- Use communications and social media to promote culture.

- Implement recognition programs to boost morale.

- Participate in engagement and culture initiatives.

- Support People & Culture strategies and maintain engagement calendars.
