Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (doctors, nurses, technicians, paramedical, admin staff)Coordinate credentialing, background verification, and document verification for healthcare staffManage onboarding, induction, probation confirmation, and exits as per hospital policiesMaintain accurate employee records, personal files, licenses, registrations, and certificationsAdminister attendance, duty rosters, leave management, and payroll coordinationEnsure compliance with labour laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirementsSupport NABH accreditation requirements, HR documentation, and auditsAddress employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes sensitively and confidentiallyCoordinate training programs, CMEs, inductions, and mandatory healthcare trainingsAssist in performance appraisal, KRA tracking, and staff evaluationsSupport infection control, safety, and ethical compliance from an HR perspectivePrepare HR MIS reports, manpower data, and management dashboards The Junior Executive / Executive - HR supports the effective management of human resources in a hospital setting by handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
