We are currently looking for a motivated Junior Engineer with a civil engineering background to join our team and support various engineering and construction tasks across our projects.

Job Summary:
As a Junior Engineer, you will assist the senior engineering team in all aspects of project planning, design, and construction. You will be involved in site assessments, technical analysis, and quality control, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and in accordance with safety and design standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both engineering and architectural design and build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, plans, and specifications under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress, gather data, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Provide support in the coordination of construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Help with the preparation of engineering reports, calculations, and documentation for various projects.
• Participate in reviewing and analyzing structural, civil, and architectural drawings to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Assist in conducting site inspections and quality control to ensure the safety and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including material specifications, procurement details, and progress reports.
• Support in managing project resources and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a civil engineering role, ideally in the construction or architectural design industry.
• Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of structural and civil engineering principles.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
