Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales within the real estate, architecture, or construction sectors, with excellent leadership and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and partners.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver high performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Represent Deerhomes at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in architecture, construction, or real estate.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Kollam/Kerala market is an advantage.
