Job Description

Industry: Car Care Product Manufacturing (150+ SKUs including Ceramic Coatings, Paint Protection Films, Shampoos, Cleaners, Waxes, Polishes, Rubbing Compounds)
Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: [Insert Location]
Experience Required: 2–5 years in Digital Marketing
Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

Key Responsibilities

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Optimize product listings, blogs, and website pages for higher ranking.
  • Implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

2. Social Media & Video Marketing:

  • Plan, create, and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop creative short-form and long-form videos for reels, ads, and product demos.
  • Run targeted ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

3. Paid Advertisements & Campaigns:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping).
  • Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPC, ROI, and adjust campaigns for better results.
  • Develop remarketing and retargeting campaigns.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Analytics.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting KPIs, ROI, and actionable insights.
  • Use data to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.

5. Digital Marketing Tools & Techniques:

  • Hands-on knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot (or equivalent).
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and techniques.

Key Skills Required

  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, SMM, and Content Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads.
  • Knowledge of Instagram Reels, Shorts, and Video Content Marketing.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing data & consumer behavior.
  • Creativity in campaign ideation and content presentation.
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns and product categories simultaneously.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  • Increase in website traffic and online visibility.
  • Growth in social media engagement and followers.
  • Lead generation and conversion rate from campaigns.
  • ROI from digital ad spend.
  • Ranking improvement of top SKUs and brand keywords.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
