E-Commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Management:
• Manage daily operations across online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and the official company website.
• Ensure smooth product listings, visibility enhancement, and sales growth.
• Backend Operations & Reporting:
• Handle listings, logistics coordination, returns, and claims.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of sales reports and update data in SAP ERP regularly.
• Customer Service:
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback.
• Resolve queries, complaints, and product-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Content & Website Management:
• Write engaging content for product listings and promotions on e-commerce portals and website.
• Digital Marketing & Promotions:
• Plan, implement, and track online marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance and user engagement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Sound knowledge of E-commerce platforms and social media applications
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, like:
• SMM (Social Media Marketing)
• SMO (Social Media Optimization)
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• SEM & PPC (Google Ads)
• Content Marketing
• Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, Email Marketing
• Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative
