Job Description

Junior Developer Advocate


We’re looking for an enthusiastic, intellectually curious Developer Advocate to become the voice of our developer community and the bridge between engineering, product, and external developers. Whether you’ve been coding professionally for years or tinkering with side projects in your spare time, what matters most is your passion for learning, building, and helping others succeed with our platform. The role is available for someone based in Bangalore, India and is onsite 5 days a week.


What You’ll Do


Create & Maintain Documentation

Help build developer documentation - SDK guides, Quickstarts, API references, Product Explainers and Migration Notes.


Engage the Community

Respond to developer questions across Slack, Discord, GitHub and other channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly support.


Amplify Feedback

Listen to what developers are saying. Collect their feedback, painpoints, and share them internally to the developer relations, product and engineering teams.


Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Work closely with the product managers, developer relations, engineering and design teams to keep docs up-to-date and advocate for developer-centric-improvements.


Create Educational Content

Produce blog posts, code samples, how-to videos, and live demos that showcase best practices and new capabilities.


Champion Best Practices

Promote code quality, testing, security, and performance standards within both the community and internal teams.



What We’re Looking For


Passion for Learning

Demonstrated curiosity and drive to master new technologies quickly.


Communication Excellence

Clear, concise writing and confident public-speaking skills (blogging, live streams, conference talks, or workshops).


Technical Foundation

Hands-on experience building software (personal, academic, or professional). Comfort with at least one programming language and modern tooling (Git, APIs, CI/CD).


Collaborative Mindset

Proven ability to partner with cross-disciplinary teams and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.



Nice-to-Have (Not Required)


● Prior developer advocacy (at least 1 year), technical writing, or open-source contribution experience.

● Familiarity with payments or SaaS domain. (payments, SaaS infrastructure, etc.).

● Experience hosting webinars, workshops, or conference sessions.
