Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel, VueJS, and ReactJS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both backend and frontend technologies, emphasizing Laravel and its various features, including Jobs & Queues. You should also possess in-depth knowledge of server-side processes, web sockets, and real-time applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability of web applications.

As a Senior Full Stack Laravel Developer, you will take ownership of building, deploying, and maintaining high-performance web applications while also ensuring robust server-side functionality and real-time interactivity.

Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development: Lead the development of web applications from both frontend (VueJS, ReactJS) and backend (Laravel), ensuring seamless integration and smooth user experiences.
Backend (Laravel): Develop, maintain, and optimize Laravel-based applications, including working with Laravel Jobs, Queues, and Artisan commands to manage background processing and asynchronous tasks.
Frontend (VueJS/ReactJS): Design and implement interactive, responsive, and scalable UI components using VueJS and ReactJS, ensuring the application is intuitive and user-friendly.
Code Quality & Best Practices: Maintain high coding standards and ensure the scalability and maintainability of the codebase. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Database Design & Optimization: Optimize database queries and schema designs for performance. Ensure efficient database access and storage using Eloquent ORM or direct SQL queries.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver quality products on time.

Requirements:

Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience with full-stack web development, including Laravel, VueJS, ReactJS, and web sockets.
Laravel Expertise: Strong command of Laravel, including knowledge of Laravel Jobs, Queues, Artisan commands, and background processing.
Frontend Skills: Proficient in VueJS and ReactJS for building rich, dynamic, and scalable frontend interfaces.
Server Management & Web Sockets: In-depth knowledge of managing processes on the server, optimizing performance, and implementing real-time data features using web sockets (e.g., Laravel Echo, Pusher).
Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB). Proficient in writing optimized queries.
API Development: Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs
Version Control: Expertise with Git and version control workflows (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
Testing: Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) in both backend and frontend development.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving complex development challenges.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
