Junior Consultant

You are being sought for the position of Junior Consultant in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in institutional marketing or the construction-related industry. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to waterproofing, sports, flooring industries, and floor coatings. It is mandatory for candidates to have a two-wheeler. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meet influencer segment such as Architects, PMCs, Contractors, etc. and pitch the company's services while creating awareness. - Prepare for meetings by conducting structured research about the target client. - Answer client inquiries over calls regarding the services provided. - Offer free consultation to satisfy the customer and nurture them towards becoming a client. - Regularly follow up with clients via phone. - Provide consultancy and correct advice to the client by visiting them if necessary. - Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals. **Qualifications:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi. - Graduates with any degree possessing a pleasing personality. - Proficient in rapport building in person and over the phone. - Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Proficient in Internet usage and data finding. - Dynamic, quick to learn and adapt. - Possess negotiation, listening, and questioning skills.
