Job Description – Junior Consultant

Location: Coimbatore & Erode

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support consultants in financial analysis, reporting, and audits.
• Assist in fieldwork for client visits, data collection, and documentation.
• Help in conducting process audits as guided by senior consultants.
• Draft working papers, prepare audit documentation, and maintain proper records.
• Assist in preparing audit and financial reports for review by senior team members.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to company processes.
• Learn and apply compliance requirements related to accounting, taxation, and financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates can apply).
• Basic understanding of accounting, taxation, and auditing principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a consulting environment.
• Prior internship or exposure to finance, audit, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
