Junior Consultants

As a Junior Consultant at the company, your role involves engaging with key influencers in the industry such as Architects, PMC's, and Contractors to promote services and build brand awareness. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough research on potential clients - Responding to client inquiries - Providing free consultations to potential customers - Following up with clients regularly - Negotiating and closing deals - Visiting clients when necessary to offer expert advice and guidance To succeed in this position, you must have the following qualifications: - Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi - A degree in any field - Pleasant personality - Ability to build rapport with clients in person and over the phone - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Familiarity with internet usage and data research - Dynamic, quick to learn, and adaptable - Strong negotiation, listening, and questioning skills Candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in institutional marketing or the construction industry, particularly in areas such as waterproofing, sports, or flooring, will be preferred for this position. Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory as the role is based in Kochi, Kozhikode, or Trivandrum. The position offers attractive performance-based incentives and reports to the Lead Consultant.
