Junior Consultant

Role Overview: As a Junior Consultant, you will be based in Coimbatore with a salary range from 16000 to 20000. You are expected to have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in institutional marketing or the construction-related industry. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with waterproofing, sports, flooring industries, and floor coatings. It is essential for you to possess a two-wheeler for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Meeting influencers such as Architects, PMCs, Contractors to pitch company services and raise awareness. - Conducting structured research about target clients to prepare for meetings. - Handling client inquiries and providing free consultations to nurture them as customers. - Following up periodically with clients via phone. - Providing consultancy and advice to clients, including in-person visits if necessary. - Negotiating with clients to close deals effectively. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi. - Graduation in any discipline with a pleasant personality. - Proficiency in rapport building in person and over the phone. - Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to navigate the internet effectively for data finding. - Dynamic nature with a quick learning and adaptive ability. - Strong negotiation, listening, and questioning skills.,
