Junior Buyer with French, Timisoara

As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Supplier Qualifications Junior Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure on-time processing of Sourcing & Procurement transactions (RFX /Contracts, Requisition validation, PO creation, PO Amendments & PO expedites);

• Understand end-user queries related to procurement operations;

• Manage exceptional transactions;

• Assisting to generate savings;

• Non-Voice daily tasks 30%;

• Voice tasks 70%.
  

What will you bring?

• Good English and French language skills, written and conversational;

• BPO Experience of 2-year minimum;

• Procurement Operations exposure would be beneficial;

• High School Graduate/ University Graduate - Any Discipline

• Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR/ PO processes;

• Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;

• Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA.

Nice to have & Trainable Skills:

• Exposure to procurement operations;

• Neutral Voice, Accent and call management;

• Procurement domain Knowledge and Industry Skills.
