Junior Business Development Manager

As a Junior Business Development Manager at The Adroit, a digital marketing & IT agency based in Belapur, Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business prospects and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business prospects and close deals effectively. - Sell digital marketing services such as Social Media, SEO, and Video Production. - Manage end-to-end business processes including proposal, pitching, planning, and deal closure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful pitch campaigns. - Engage in telephone calls, virtual calls, and client meetings to drive business growth. - Create marketing proposals tailored to clients" needs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency or tech industry. - Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is a plus. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. - Strong analytical skills and ability to assess client needs.,
