Junior Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at our dynamic design and build firm based in Pune, specializing in architecture, interior design, and turnkey construction solutions, your role will be crucial in driving our growth and success. You will be responsible for: - Identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the architecture and interior design sectors. - Preparing and presenting customized proposals and presentations. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships. - Studying market trends and competitors to discover new business opportunities. - Attending events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility. - Negotiating and closing project contracts that benefit both the client and the company. - Collaborating with the team to create marketing materials showcasing our work. - Collecting and developing case studies and client feedback for promotional purposes. - Tracking and reporting key performance metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue. - Coordinating with design, project, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and resource planning. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Arch / Bachelors or Diploma in Interior Design. - Minimum of 2 years" industry experience. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong research and analytical skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Good understanding of business and client management.
