We are looking for motivated and results-driven Junior Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our team and drive revenue growth through sales closures and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through various offline and online channels. Present company services effectively to prospective clients. Close sales and meet monthly revenue targets of ₹3,00,000. Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Coordinate with the legal and consulting teams for smooth service delivery. Regular reporting of performance and sales progress to the management. Who Should Apply: Graduates (any stream) with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Prior experience in sales, business development, or client servicing is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates passionate about working in the legal and consulting sector. Goal-oriented individuals who can perform under revenue targets.
