Key Responsibilities Lead business strategy, development, and execution across legal and consulting services. Identify new revenue opportunities and build strategic partnerships. Drive client acquisition, retention, and overall business profitability. Build and manage business development, marketing, and client relationship teams. Collaborate with legal experts to offer value-driven solutions to clients. Create and implement scalable systems and processes to support business growth. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
