Junior Business Development

As a Junior Business Development at Aedium Design in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in driving business development efforts to acquire new clients, enhance brand visibility, and achieve business targets to meet company objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Improving the company's market position and maximizing financial growth - Driving business development efforts and strategies to screen potential business opportunities, acquire new clients, increase market share, and maximize client retention - Generating leads from existing contacts, cold calling potential clients, and networking - Attending business meetings with potential clients to convert leads into opportunities - Preparing business proposals, submissions, and attending tender and bid meetings - Analyzing market trends and competition - Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks hindering growth - Attracting new clients through innovation and overseeing the sales process - Identifying and researching opportunities in new and existing markets - Reporting on success and areas for improvement through monthly reports - Representing Aedium Design in the market and at key networking events to enhance brand visibility - Providing feedback and market requirements to management for enhanced market competitiveness - Partnering with Studio directors, participating in project pitches and presentations to meet client needs and expectations Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate or undergraduate degree in business development, marketing, architecture, or engineering - Minimum of 3 years of business development experience in architecture firms - Ability to convert client relationships into business opportunities - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring structure where needed - Exceptional leadership skills and an approachable demeanor If you are interested in this full-time position, based in Bangalore, and meet the specified qualifications, please email your resume to mamatha.r@aedium.design.,
