Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at Mxpertz Infolabs in Indore, you will play a key role in new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management in the IT software services industry. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, managing accounts, and contributing to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new business opportunities through lead generation - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements - Manage accounts and nurture relationships with existing clients - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients - Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to achieve sales targets Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in new business development and lead generation - Strong business communication and account management skills - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Previous experience in the IT software services industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Please Note: This role is full-time and permanent, suitable for freshers. The benefits include paid time off, a performance bonus, and the work location is in person at the Indore office. English language proficiency is preferred for this position.
