Job Description

The Business Analyst manages pre and post-client onboarding, ensuring smooth IT service implementation. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Project Management, and internal teams to align client needs, set expectations, and deliver successful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Onboarding:

· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to capture business and technical requirements.

· Scope Definition: Work closely with Sales and Project Management teams to define project scope, timelines, and solutions.

· Documentation: Prepare onboarding documents, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.

· Solution Design: Partner with technical teams to design IT solutions tailored to the client’s requirements.

Post-Onboarding:

· Implementation Support: Coordinate with Project Management and internal teams for smooth project execution and delivery.

· Testing & Feedback: Facilitate UAT with clients, gather feedback, and ensure solutions meet requirements.

· Post-Go-Live Support: Support the transition to live services, addressing client issues and ensuring successful adoption.

· Client Relationship: Maintain ongoing communication with clients for post-launch support and upsell opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field.

· Experience: 1.5+ years in business analysis or client-facing roles in IT services.

· Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and project management.

· Tools: Proficient in Jira, Asana, Microsoft Office.
