Junior Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at our company, you will play a vital role in Web and Mobile Application Lead Nurturing, Proposal Writing, and Customer Call Management using Agile Methodology. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to design technical presentations for complex IT solutions and ensure alignment between delivery, sales, and resourcing for optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document requirements using various tools such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and business process descriptions. - Conduct Functional Analysis, Effort and Cost Estimation, Proposal Preparation, and Client Presentations. - Demonstrate experience and knowledge of SRS, FRD, BRD, SDLC, and STLC. - Define product vision, road map, and growth opportunities, outlining the direction for the product offering. - Develop detailed specifications for product features, prioritize features based on strategy and business objectives, and create conceptual prototypes. - Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements. - Provide vision and direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the project, leading product release plans and setting delivery expectations. - Analyze new system development requirements and upgrades to existing systems, participating in user acceptance testing. Qualifications Required: - Up to 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in a service-based company. Freshers can also apply with a bachelor's degree in B.Tech (CSE), BCA, MCA, or M.Tech (CSE). - Strong analytical and product management skills, with the ability to interpret customer business needs into operational requirements. - Professional interaction with diverse groups as a liaison between technology teams, support teams, and business units. - Excellent documentation, verbal and written communication, and team collaboration skills. - Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, outstanding presentation, and leadership skills. - Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile.,
