The primary objective of a business analyst is to assist businesses in implementing technology solutions in a cost-effective manner. This is achieved by identifying project or program requirements and effectively communicating them to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. The key skills required for a business analyst include strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, documentation and specification capabilities, analysis skills, facilitation and elicitation skills, as well as proficiency in business analysis tools. The responsibilities of a business analyst include client communication post-sales activities, client relationship and business development management, coordination with web development for all IT projects, assisting with the business case, planning and monitoring, eliciting requirements, organizing requirements, translating and simplifying requirements, managing and communicating requirements, analyzing requirements, developing business cases, demonstrating leadership, creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications, facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define solutions, and delivering elements of systems design. The salary offered for this position ranges from INR 1,44,000 to 2,00,000 per annum along with lucrative incentives. The ideal candidate for this role should have 0-1 years of experience in the IT Software/Software Services industry. The tools commonly used in this role are Azure and Documentation. The functional areas associated with this position include Sales, Project Management, and Client Relationship. The educational qualification required for this role is any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree.,
