Role Description

We’re Hiring: Junior Architect (Full-Time)

📍 Greater Noida | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 In-Office

We’re looking for an experienced Junior Architect who will play a crucial role in shaping our projects from start to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with our team during initial project stages to develop concept designs that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
• Utilizing software tools like CAD, Lumion, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit and InDesign to create detailed drawings and presentations and bring design to life.
• Taking projects through the conceptual to working stages of development, ensuring that deadlines are met and ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, safety standards, and local planning regulations.
• Communicating effectively with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into the design.
• On-Site Supervision: Visit construction sites to review progress and ensure work is being executed according to the architectural plans. Resolve issues that arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Interior design or related field.
• Proficiency in software such as CAD, Lumion, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit and InDesign.
• Creativity: Strong creative and visualization skills to develop innovative and appealing designs
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations
• Project Management: Ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and adhere to deadlines and budgets.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, regulatory standards, and construction practices.
• Open for site visits
• Strong presentation and graphics development skills
